Faith, Family and Small Farm Life
Thank you for sharing the cave pictures, their awesome! It must be nice to have such a neat place so close to home. Debbie
Oooo! I love spelunking, what a fun memory for your girls.
Love the pix! I will have to see if there are any open caves around here. I went on a caving trip as a teen was loads of fun! We even got to wear the old miners lamps where you mix rocks with water to get the gas for the lamps...I love your border photo that's what I call moneywort (creeping jenny) it's a great wound wort. :) Very invasive where it's happy.
Thanks all! I had no clue what that plant was in my pic but it was sooo green! It was in the river bed where it had dried up some but was still wet. The girls had a blast and we are planning on going again but it will probably be next summer. I may have to get a water proof camera Or at least water proof carrying case to put it in when I need both hands to steady myself in the caves. These caves didnt have any tight squeezes which was good so my claustraphobia(sp?) didnt set in!lol Its getting worse with age!
My blogs that I follow are still gone. I read in the help forums that it was on Blogger's end. They have something like a virus. At least that was what was going on last MONTH. I hope they figure it out soon. I feel like an addict that can't get his drug. LOL!
