One Finally Hatched!!

They were sitting on 7 eggs but only one hatched. Isnt He/she cute?? I have no idea how to tell if its a Goose or Gander! There is absolutely no way you can get to it. It is well protected!!It has 6 parents!! Everyone of the adults protect it and its mother!! Of course the Gander is the most protective of the 2 and its the first one in the lead in this pic. Mom is to right of baby. Circling the wagons!!Lol At night you would never know there was a baby. It goes under mom's wing and disappears.Picture of our new house with its new roof!! The house was built in the 1940's and It is actually larger than it looks. It has a basement and that made Kara more comfortable. Candice gets her own room again! Kyla and Kara have lots of rocks to hunt for creepy crawlies!! The 10 goats that are coming with us will have almost 2 acres of leafy brushy heaven!!Lol

We hauled a load of stuff today and then took the day off. We rented a few movies, grilled and relaxed! I am having some tests done Tuesday. So if you all dont mind remember me Tuesday.I hope everyone has a good evening!

I just love babies. We had a pair of geese and the goose had just started laying eggs a few weeks before she had a tragic accident in the pond.

The new house looks wonderful. I love the roof and porch! When is moving day???

Good luck on Tuesday.

Take Care,
Debbie

So cute! I love the picture with the baby in the middle of all the adults. It's great that they will all watch out for it.
