Look What Came Up With The Rest Of The Cows!!!

He is soooo Cute. His name is Sirloin. He was still a little wet but up and running. Momma wouldnt let us get close either. She took him back over the hill and hid.

He is so little !! You just want to pick him up and squeeze him but that isn't happening!!!

He is a cuty & I take it he's passed the meconium? Have you seen him pee? Always a happy day when those freezer boys are born!

Sirloin! That's hilarious. I think I will name our first baby chick "Fryer" or "Roaster." Maybe we'll name our first turkey, "Dinner." lol.

The older boys on our pasture are Chuck & Roast. There used to be a Steak, but he turned out to be a Steakette. Those 'people' who used to watch the stock couldn't tell a boy from a girl. She was after all only the manager of the local humane society! Not like she would know anything like that! That little girl was on the pasture for 5 months before I pulled in the driveway & spotted the error, from the driveway!
Our first goat born on the farm was dinner, he's in my freezer now. Well, actually part of his is, part was very tasty!

OK, he's a real cutie, but we need more!
Here are some articles on these cute little cows. The 2nd one vastly overstates the chance of having a chondrodysplastic calf. Other than that, it's good.
